Kally Tea, LLC ships exclusively via FedEx SmartPost. This service has been determined to provide the customers (you!) with the best possible service at the most competitive rates. Here are a few key benefits of FedEx SmartPost:
- A provided tracking number that allows you to view each scan point your package travels through. Just enter your tracking number on the FedEx tracking website to view the information. This information is also available by entering the tracking number into the Google internet search engine.
- Delivery to any address in the United States of America. This includes P.O. Boxes, APO, and FPO addresses (at a special rate) as well.
- All packages are insured against damages incurred during shipping. Please follow these procedures: When your package arrives, visually inspect the box for any damages as well as if you may hear broken glass rattles. The delivery personnel will make a note on the delivery notice, hence making resolution of any damage claims easier.
Unfortunately at this time, Kally Tea, LLC is only accepting orders from the 50 United States and Canada.
Kally Tea, LLC has a flat rate of $6.00 for any package shipping within the contiguous United States or Canada. For APO, FPO, Alaska and Hawaii shipments, there is a flat fee of $12.76.
Free shipping is offered for all orders with a subtotal over $49.00 (except orders for AK, HI, APO, and FPO addresses).
If you have entered an incorrect address on your shipment, any redirection charges will be additional. Due to an incorrect delivery address, Kally Tea, LLC is not held responsible for incorrectly delivered packages.
Shipping is not a profit center for Kally Tea, LLC. Any additional shipping charges will be applied at face value based upon the actual charges applied by FedEx SmartPost.
