What are “Natural Flavorings” in the ingredients listing?

Natural flavorings are Natural and that means they have no ingredients in them which can be termed as artificial. Most natural flavors have ethyl alcohol as the carrier and this carrier is allowed also for organic compliant flavors.

I’d like to purchase Kally Tea product(s), how do I do that?

First, create a personal profile which includes a personal password that we are unable to access. Then login, maneuver to the products you are interested in purchasing and click “Add To Cart” and follow the steps to “checkout”.

What are my shipping options?

FedEx SmartPost is our preferred shipper for all domestic orders. FedEx SmartPost offers many value-added services, such as tracking and insurance, which are convenient for our customers. This service also delivers to any address in the United States of America! P.O. Boxes as well!

This service also allows the delivery to APO and FPO addresses for our honored military. For complete information please review our “Shipping Methods” page.

I live outside of the United States of America, do you ship to us?

Unfortunately at this time Kally Tea is unable to ship outside of the United States. Please check back periodically for updates to this policy.

When is my order going to arrive? Can I track my order?

Shipping FedEx SmartPost, you can expect your order within 5-7 business days. All orders will ship within two business days.

Orders can be tracked on the FedEx web site using the tracking number emailed to you once your order has shipped.

My order arrived with a shortage or damaged. What should I do?

Our team members work very hard to insure your packages are packed securely to prevent damages. If you experience any problem with your order, please e-mail us at help@kallytea.com with details of the problem. We will happily rectify any problems immediately. What is Kally Tea’s return policy?

We believe you will be very happy with our tea and accoutrements, we regret that we are unable to accept tea as a returned item, but if anything is not as you expected it to be, we will accept any returned accoutrements items within 30 days of your purchase. Do you have a retail storefront?

At this time Kally Tea is strictly an online retailer.

How does the tea come packaged?

Currently our Teas are sold in 2 ounce packages. 4 ounce and above weights are shipped to you in multiple 2 ounce packages. We feel this also allows for your products to stay fresher as you only need to open one package at a time.

Unless otherwise specified, our teas are packaged sealed in a heavy mil stand up bag with a zipper closure to retain freshness.
